A security finding is only useful when someone can understand its impact and decide what to do next.
From a report to a decision.
Security scanners surface technical findings. The person deciding what to fix is not always a security specialist. Secure Nova addresses the gap between identifying a vulnerability and understanding what it means.
The product brings findings into a shared view, with explanations of their impact and next steps. The design centres on four moments: see, understand, prioritise and act.
Leadership, with sleeves rolled up.
As CEO and co-founder, I led the publicly funded R&D project while working hands-on across product management, design, frontend and marketing. My role connected product decisions with delivery constraints, rather than stopping at coordination.
Millena worked as Product Manager from January through October 2026. Product management was shared; engineering and delivery involved the wider team and external suppliers.
Make the explanation worth the cost.
AI explanations introduced a product trade-off: more expensive output is not automatically more useful to the person reading it. I worked on AI costs alongside pricing and the decisions the explanation needed to support.
The plain-language view makes the meaning of a finding explicit, using an everyday analogy without presenting missing technical details as known facts. The goal is understanding that can lead to an informed next step.

Public funding. Concrete accountability.
Secure Nova was approved for funding through FAPESC’s Mulheres+Tec initiative. The work plan made delivery accountable to defined targets, not only to a product roadmap.
We achieved all targets required by the initiative. This is a statement about the project’s delivery, not a claim of formal agency acceptance or a certification of the product’s security.
