Key insights from my first month doing a UX Analysis at MB

1. Need the definition of vision, goals, and principles
2. Need the definition of UX metrics for the team and business goals
3. Our team doesn't have a name, so we defined it.
4. UX Governance and networking internally so other teams can know what we do and how to collaborate
5. No formal tool to get UX Bugs from our company or from our UX Research findings
6. Missing pro-active leadership to increase engagement between designers
7. Missing PDI matching our business goals and design goals
8. Creation of roles & responsibilities para our UX team

Result

After this deep analysis, I started building and co-creating with the business and our UX Team a UX Vision, Goals, and a PDI tool as high-priority items.

Also kept bi-weekly 1:1 with all the team to increase engagement and improve technical and soft skills.
